Verandas on the Green Residents Enjoy Community Bingo
Verandas on the Green, formerly known as the Fairway Ridge apartments, are now owned by the Landmark Residential. The new owners decided on the new name, according to Ms. Kelly Light, Assistant Manager of the Verandas on the Green. Joeann Deveaux, a new resident of the Verandas on the Green, said that she really enjoys living there. She attended the regular bingo at the complex last Thursday, November 16, 2006 so that she could interact with the other residents of the Verandas on the Green. Ann Doscher, another resident, said that the complex is a very good place to live and raise a family.
She further added that she has lived in the complex for about 2 years now and views the residents and the officials at the complex as an extension of her own family because of the warm and friendly atmosphere. The bingo held in the complex every Thursday is one of the proofs of the congenial and familial atmosphere within the community. The community manager of the Verandas on the Green, April Fall, said that their community is really one of the best places to live. She further added that they make the effort of choosing their activities every month, like the bingo event, drive-out breakfasts, Easter Egg Hunts, Hollywood Nights, Pet Contests, Best Decorated Patios and other great activities.
The prizes for Thursday's bingo event include a $25 cash prize and a $100 off for the winning tenant's apartment rent. The Verandas on the Green were remodeled by the Landmark Residential earlier this year. It took about 7 months to complete the renovation.
