Smoking in Bingo Halls

Bingo is a social game where people chat with their fellow players and drink and have fun. However, the bingo players also do something else in the bingo halls. They smoke. And they enjoy it exceedingly.

All over the world many businesses have issued non-smoking edicts. On one hand, this is a good thing, since everybody knows that smoking is bad for you anyway and that it is never a good idea to smoke. Many Bingo halls and other casinos feel that they will lose a lot of profits as a result of the new law, since they know that many of their customers smoke and enjoy it immensely. The new laws against smoking have made many bingo players stay away from the big bingo halls. This of course is exceedingly uncomfortable for them and they have stopped playing bingo altogether.

The war against smoking is a long one, and it is doubtful whether there will be an instant answer to the problem. Whats more, it will not come from the bingo halls, since they are in favor of smoking since it makes the customers spend more money.
