Potawatomi Bingo Casino Announces their Yearly Pow-wow
Well-known gaming facility Potawatomi bingo Casino has announced October 28, 2006 that they will hold their yearly Hunting Moon (Gi wse gises) Pow wow that will be organized by the Forest County Potawatomi Community located at the Wisconsin Exposition Center at the State Fair Park this coming November 3, 4 and 5, according to General Manager Mike Goodrich of the Potawatomi Bingo Casino.
He also added that this is a good opportunity to promote the richness and beauty of the Native American Culture. About 200 dances and 12 bands from across the country and Canada will be competing for the prize money in the Pow Wow competition. Winners can take home as much as $70,000 dollars in cash prizes.
