Lutheran Church Raised Funds for Possible Mission with Bingo Event

During this Sunday, the 29th of January the First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Dillon held a fund-raising event for Mission Impossible, the charity program that is devoted for building residents areas for unfortunate people in Mexico. In this event more than 15 bingo games would be presented to the crowd of players for an entrée fee of $15.

The First Evangelical Lutheran Church was not alone in this fund raising event and many local companies donated money and prizes for this bingo charity event, the value of them vary from $20 up to $100.

All profits would be donated for Mission Possible 2006 trip in which 25 young people would trip to from Dillon to Baja, Mexico where they would build a 22 foot by 22 foot house for a poor family that is currently living in a cardboard hut. Mission Impossible organizers were pleased with the respond of the public to this event and they are now checking if the collected funds are enough to finance their 2006 trip.
