Possible Sale of The AC Community Center Puts Bingo Night On Hold
On February 28, 2007, the current patrons of the AC Community Association's Bingo Night will have to temporarily do without their favorite bingo game every Friday night because unless an agreement can be reached between the ACCA Board and the current owners of the AC Community Center, which is represented by Lester Cox Bingo, Friday Night Bingo by ACCA Bingo will have to find another location.
The recent sale of the AC Golf Course to Mr. Scott Waddle did not include the sale of the AC Community Center Building establishment, so Mr. Michael Tennenbaum remains the legal owner of the property.
Since there are no official formally written agreements between Michael Tennenbaum and the AC Community Association Board regarding the use of the Community Center for ACCA Bingo nights, and with the legalization of the golf course's scheduled sale on March 1, 2007, the future of the AC Community Center remains questionable.
AC Community Association Officials would not pursue the sale of the Community Center and said that an agreement between the 2 parties will be reached so that the Friday Bingo Nights can resume.
