The Jeffersonville Lions Club to Host Longaberger Basket Bingo Event
The Jeffersonville Lions Club held a Longaberger Basket bingo Event on November 9th, 2006 at the Tri-County Shrine Club, located at 701 Potters Lane in Clarkesville at 7:00 p.m. in the evening. The doors of the Tri-County Shrine Club were opened exactly at 6:30 p.m. and the hall was quickly filled.
There were fifteen finely crafted Longaberger baskets as prizes for the very lucky winners. Additional Bingo Cards and Pull-Tab games were available for players that were interested to buy more.
The main beneficiaries of the Longaberger Basket Bingo event were the eye exams and glasses for the Southern Indiana Youths and the poor adults in the area. Everybody had a good time as it was a great way to enjoy yourself while at the same time have the opportunity to win some spectacular prizes and help the less fortunate in the community.
The cost for the tickets in the Longaberger Basket Bingo Event was $15 dollars each, which will gave the players nine bingo cards in all. Anyone interested for more information, they can call Marvin Potter at 288-0876.
